Hi :) My name is Mrs.V, and I am a 27 year old nurse living in Ontario Canada with my loving Hubby and our three fur babies (a beagle and two cats). Family is important to us as we both come from fairly large families and we both are eagerly awaiting the day when we can start our own (even though we both don't always agree on when that should be lol).
My life has always been a bit complicated, see these posts - My Story part 1, My Story part 2, and My Story part 3 for a more detailed story. I have always tried to keep a journal; but despite finding it therapeutic to write out my thoughts the Gemini in me has a hard time sticking to a task. While dealing with one of the most difficult situations in my life I began blogging (see My first post and What really happened) unloading my story and emotions (to complete strangers) has provided me with more relief than I ever could have imagined, and I have made some wonderful new friends along the way.
In case you were wondering, here are some misc things about me :)
Favourite shows
- Practically any sitcom, we tend to rotate through favourite shows spending time obsessing and setting the PVR until the season (or sometimes series if reruns) is over. Lately these have include Full house, Big brother, two and a half men, House, Sex and the City and this past season of American Idol.
Favourite movies
- Princess Bride is and always will be my all time favourite
Favourite Music
( I like all music but these are a few that you can guarantee are on my ipod at all times)
- Incubus (all time fave)
- anything with an accoustic feel

Hobbies
- Again another place in my life where my Gemini traits show ;) I dabble a little in everything and can often be found to have multiple projects half finished. I love photography, pottery, crafting, reading and does blogging count?
5 Random Things
- There is nothing more perfect than sitting by the lake (or any body of water) and just listening to the sounds of the breeze and nature
- I am a Nurse by profession and to this day am still not able to explain how and why?
- I like to talk. If I am comfortable and like you I will take over the conversation if you let me ;)
- That being said I very much dislike talking on the phone, if I do talk to you on the phone I must really like you ;)
- I have a very maternal urge to help guide my younger siblings and have a difficult time sometimes letting them explore situations I myself have been through. I sometimes need to remind myself I've been through it and I am fine.
